Scope & who we are.
This policy applies to zenstudios.io and to every app and game we publish under the Zen Studios name. Zen Studios is an independent two-person mobile studio. There is no parent company, no investors, and no data brokers in the picture.
What we collect.
As little as we possibly can. Broken down:
- From the website: minimal server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) kept 14 days for abuse prevention. No cookies, no pixels.
- From the apps: nothing is sent to us. Full stop.
- From email: whatever you choose to send us. Kept only as long as the conversation is useful.
Website.
This site is a static page. It does not set cookies, fire analytics, or embed social trackers. The only requests your browser makes are to load the page itself and its fonts (self-hosted where possible). Referrer and IP appear in server logs solely for rate-limiting; they're rotated out on a short schedule and never linked to individuals.
Apps & games.
All our mobile software is offline-first. That means:
- No network access required for core features.
- No accounts, logins, or cloud sync.
- Your progress and preferences are stored locally, in the sandboxed storage the operating system gives the app.
- If we ever introduce an online feature (say, a leaderboard), it will be strictly opt-in and covered by a specific in-app disclosure.
Platform-level data the App Store or Play Store collects (downloads, crashes, purchases) is governed by their own policies, not ours. We receive only aggregate, anonymized reports.
Email & support.
If you write to us, we keep your message for as long as we need it to help you, then delete it. We don't forward it, run it through an AI service, or add you to any list without explicit consent. Our support inbox is operated by the two of us — no outsourced help desk.
Third parties.
We try very hard to use none. As of this writing, the only external services involved are:
- Our domain registrar and web host (static file serving only).
- Our email provider, for sending and receiving mail.
- Apple's and Google's app stores, which distribute our apps.
We do not integrate advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, attribution networks, CRM pixels, chat widgets, or social plugins. If this changes, we'll say so here before it happens — not after.
Your rights.
Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar frameworks, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete any personal data we hold about you. Since we hold almost none, most requests take about one email to resolve. Write to privacy@zenstudios.io and we'll respond within 30 days (usually within 3).
Children.
Our apps are suitable for a general audience and do not collect personal information from anyone — including children. We comply with COPPA, GDPR-K, and the Children's Code by virtue of collecting nothing.
Changes to this policy.
If we ever need to update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a clear "last updated" date and a short summary of what changed. Material changes will be announced on the website's home page for at least 30 days.

Our apps are provided as-is, for personal use. You own what you buy. You may not redistribute our apps or claim them as your own. Otherwise, enjoy them.
